Suggested Recruit from Dave Cook

Mr. Cook has suggested this elephant as a member.  I do think this particular beast is distinctly qualified for membership.  In addition, I am nominating Mr. Cook himself for membership, despite his clear lack of Gallootish proportions.  He thinks like a Galloot!
